Article III

Prohibited Activities
Section 1.
No substantial part of the activities of the Network shall consist of attempting to influence legislation.

Section 2.
No statement, opinion, or action of any officer, employee, or anyone else purporting to act in the name of the Network with respect to the selection, nomination, election or appointment of any individual to any public office shall be deemed an action of the GHAN except as determined by the Council of Leaders (to be hereinafter known as the Council).

Section 3.
Members of the Network who are contesting for any positions in Council are strictly prohibited from campaigning.
